Heart-Centered Counseling was started by Carl Nassar, a professional counselor from Fort Collins, Colorado. Carl is a licensed professional counselor as well as a certified integrative psychotherapist. He has published a book called “The Spirit of Joy: A Transformational Journey to Awaken the Soul.” He was not always in the profession of helping individuals and families through counseling. In fact, he was a professor of Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University. But his passion for helping others in need pushed him to earn graduate degrees in psychology and build this group practice.
